willow christmas decorations - 1 day

overview:

Ditch the plastic mass-produced christmas decorations - and make your own angels, stars or christmas trees and a wreath using locally grown willow and hedgerow materials. Do feel free to bring your own greenery and decorations for your wreath if you so wish, but all materials will be provided.
 

For the 10am - 2pm course, lunch is included (fresh bread and hearty soup)
For the 3pm - 7pm course, there will be mulled wine and mince pies.

we will provide a full refund if you cancel your place more than 14 days in advance of the course start date.  Please note that we will be unable to refund your course fee or transfer you to another course if you cancel your place less than 14 days before the start of the course.

all tools and materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring along any interesting tools!

how to book:

To secure the place, you will need to complete a booking form.
Booking forms can either be returned by email, along with payment by bacs, or returned in the post with a cheque.
You will then be sent a booking confirmation, outlining where to go and what to bring.  If you haven’t received confirmation with 10 days of sending in your booking form, please contact us on 01892 740303.  Please note that once payment has been banked, the course will run as advertised, and we will expect to see you on the day unless you have notified us otherwise.  We will issue a full refund if you give us 14 days notice of cancellation.  Unfortunately if you cancel your place within 14 days of the course date, we will not be able to refund your course fee.

Courses and volunteer days are held at Bore Place, near Sevenoaks, Kent
(www.boreplace.org) - an environmental and educational charity on a 500 acre organic dairy farm, set in beautiful low weald countryside. Converted farm buildings and a Jacobean Manor House offer accommodation if required, with walks and local pubs to enjoy when you’re not wooding! Directions will be sent to you once you’ve booked on a course and can also be accessed from the contact us page.

accommodation:

Depending on availability, Bore Place can offer B&B to course participants from 58 per person/night. Camping is available for 20 per person per night. It is essential that you contact Bore Place in advance to book either camping or bed and breakfast, and we ask that all guests respect each other’s privacy and, where appropriate, the peace and quiet of Bore Place.
